They travel through the country and gather opinions and testimonies, resulting in a complex portrait of a society in-between progress and tradition.

Series inspired by Pier Paolo Pasolini’s Comizi d’amore. This time, Italian people are confronted with though questions about sex before marriage, extramarital affairs and homosexuality.

The film covers the last year of Pier Giorgio Frassati life, son of the family that owned the newspaper La Stampa, who lived between 1901 and 1925 and was beatified in 1990.

A very possessive father imposes to his son a life devoid of independence.

In the '70s, young Màrja leads a hippie lifestyle in Finland. During a peace march, she meets Fortunato, a young Sicilian, and falls in love with him. They marry and start a family, happily raising two daughters. However, times become hard and Fortunato suggests they move to his old town, where he can find work easily. Màrja accepts, but she'll have to clash with a close-minded and malicious environment as a foreigner in Southern Italy.
